Rate Schedule The goal of Land Yacht Harbor has been and continues to be one of building community. To do so we provide site assignments per our waiting lists. We have a waiting list for leased sites (approved Airstream trailers and Motor homes) and a waiting list for four or six months long term rentals (available to Airstream/non-airstreams). In addition, we normally have sites on which we place Transient Renters (daily, weekly, monthly). Current cost of obtaining a lease site at Land Yacht Harbor: $2195 for the first year (including first year lease costs) for shareholders with each successive year's rate at $850; $2745 (including first year lease costs) for non shareholders with each successive year's rate at $1300. Shares of stock for sale may be listed with the office. The transaction is strictly between the buyer and the seller. Long Term Rental: $950/4 months for shareholders $1400/6 months for shareholders $1400/4 months for non-shareholders $1850/6 months for non-shareholders Transient Renter Rates: $29/day 10% Discount for WBCCI members daily only $175/week $455/month from 4/1 - 10/1 $495/month from 10/1 - 4/1 water, sewer and electricity
